Terms of Use

Terms of Use

Effective 15 October 2026. These terms govern Iuris Case Reader PH at reader.iuris.ph, every branded school or review-centre edition of the reader, iuris.ph and bar.iuris.ph (together, the "Service").

1. Who we are and what you are agreeing to

The Service is operated by IurisPH ("IurisPH", "we"), based in the Republic of the Philippines. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

A branded edition of the reader is run for a school or review centre (a "tenant"). The tenant decides who gets an account on its edition and may add its own rules for members; these Terms still apply underneath them.

2. What the Service is, and what it is not

The Service is a study and research tool for law students, Bar candidates and legal professionals. It reads decisions of the Supreme Court of the Philippines and Philippine statutes, and produces digests, notes, drills, drafting aids and forecasts from them.

3. Your account

4. Plans, credits and payment

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share, lend or resell your account; scrape, bulk-download, mirror or systematically extract decisions, digests, notes or any other content, by hand or by program; bypass or probe any access control, rate limit, payment gate or security measure; upload material you have no right to share or anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing; use the Service to break the terms of the Supreme Court E-Library or any other source we rely on; or present output of the Service as an official issuance of any court or agency.

6. Content and intellectual property

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or retire features, with reasonable notice where a change removes something you have paid for. We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date above changes is acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from the Account page. We or your tenant may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, with notice where practicable. On closure your right to use our content ends, and your personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including any result in an examination, paper, pleading or case. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Write to info@iuris.ph first and we will try to resolve any dispute informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved that way are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines.
